I've had issues with my Communicator app on my laptop since it was installed in February 2019 and I have since reported these issues on several occasions without no real resolution until Josh rectified this instantly this week. Now I'm much happier with the application and would recommend Josh to any app user.

Having recently migrated to Teams from Skype, Ionix were keen to consolidate our communication channels through a single application. We were already a customer of iHub’s and approached them to discuss a project to migrate our current hosted voip solution to Teams. Ryan assisted with the project scope and specification and Josh was on hand to assist with any technical queries. The migration was scheduled and was completed without any loss of service. Teams direct calling has allowed Ionix staff to work more effectively though a single application for all communication and I can highly recommend iHub to assist with any company looking to implement this technology.

We experienced a tricky fault with our incoming calls. The iHub team worked with us to deliver a temporary workaround to provide service while the fault was investigated so our business was able to continue to function. They then isolated the problem and put in a fix to restore the full service in a timely way. Many thanks for all your help with this.
