What's the process for porting numbers, and how long will it take?
Our orders team will help with the porting process, but we do require the full details of the range holder for the phoner numbers and a porting form must be completed and signed before the number porting procedure can begin. The porting process can take between 7 and 21 days, depending on the numbers.
How quickly can we add a new user?
We can add a new user in under 5 minutes.
